OF YOGA CLASSES
Yoga
improves respiratory circulation, alignment, muscular flexibility,
self-awareness, and concentration, decreases stress, lowers blood
pressure and a list of other health related benefits.
Instruction
consists of a Hatha/Ashtanga based class. Levels vary from beginner
to intermediate. Poses
are designed to enhance muscular and skeletal alignment. Props are
used to accommodate individual needs.
ATTIRE
Attire should be comfortable, form-fitting clothing. Clothing should
allow for free range of motion (leggings, yoga pants, tank top or
t-shirt). Men's attire may consist of tank/t-shirt and shorts. Yoga
is practiced barefoot.
Requirement:
Yoga mat
(if you do not have a mat-yoga girl will provide a mat during
your practice)

Private
Sessions: Classes are designed to cater to the student’s
individual needs. The instructor is able to accommodate your schedule,
work at your pace, and devote personal attention to obtain desired
results.
Once
a week: In Home- One on One Instruction -$70/ 1 hour
Twice a week: In Home -One on One Instruction -$60/1 hour
Three times a week-In Home-One on One Instruction-$50/1 hour

Corporate Sessions: Consist of weekly or monthly instruction.
Sessions are designed to relieve work-related stress. Contact
us for pricing.
On-Site
Group Sessions: (minimum of 10 students)-$15
per person each 1 hr session. Groups include Schools, Churches,
Bridal Parties, Mommy Groups, etc.
